1. Your license
DocFlow is offered as a single one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the document tools described on the purchase page. This is a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own document workflows. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to DocFlow.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use DocFlow only for lawful purposes and only with documents you have the right to process. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that AI summarization or form-field extraction is appropriate for the documents you submit.
3. No warranty
DocFlow and its tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that every conversion, compression, signature, or AI result will be error-free or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.
4. Refunds
Because DocFlow is a digital product with immediate lifetime access, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe something is wrong with your purchase, contact us through the Contact page and we will review your request.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deletion permanently removes your documents, folders, templates, referral records, and usage records. Purchase records are retained with the email removed for accounting.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of DocFlow after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
