Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Information we collect

When you create an account we store your email address. When you upload documents to use DocFlow's tools, those files are stored so you can continue to work with them. We also record purchase records (including the amount paid and Stripe transaction identifiers) so we can verify your access and maintain accounting records.

2. How we use your information

We use your email to authenticate you, recover your account, and send essential service messages. We use purchase records to confirm your lifetime access and to process refunds or support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Document processing

PDF operations such as merging, splitting, compressing, signing, and converting are performed so you can download the resulting files. AI summarization and form-field extraction send your document content to our AI provider to generate the summary or extracted fields. Do not upload documents containing information you are not comfortable processing through these services.

4. Data retention and deletion

Your documents, folders, and templates remain available to you for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual items at any time, or delete your entire account from the account menu, which permanently removes your account, documents, folders, templates, referral records, and usage records. Purchase records are retained with the email removed for accounting purposes. Files you uploaded are not immediately removed from our storage, but they are no longer linked to your account and are not accessible to anyone else. See our account deletion page for the exact steps, and for how to request deletion by email.

5. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or your data, please reach out through the Contact page.
